How do I register?
Choose the device that's right for you
Order online or by phone at 1 (855) 755-1066. If you're not 100% satisfied, we'll refund your money.
Fill in the short medical form
You will receive an e-mail with your customer number and a short form to fill in. This is where you'll inform us who to contact in an emergency. Also check your junk mail box.
Receive the device by mail
Once the form has been completed, we will ship the unit via Canada Post, which should take 3 to 5 business days.
Test the system
When you receive the device, installation should take less than 5 minutes. Test to make sure everything is working by pressing the help button.
